DESCRIPTION:What is a Death Cafe?\nIt is simply where folks can gather together\, drink tea\, eat cookies and discuss your thoughts on what might happen in the next chapter.\nIt is:\n– open to all faiths and beliefs\n-relaxed and casual\n-a great place to gather and get support\n-an opportunity to share and honor\n-a way to ask questions that others aren’t able to handle in your circle\nIt is not:\n-a place for acute grief counselling (that can be arranged one-on-one)\n-a place for judgement and rigid thinking\n-weird or morbid or something that anyone should be ashamed about attending\nThere will be two evenings in January to accommodate as many people as we can. DESCRIPTION:Integration Group\n60 min – $65.00 Integration is a process in which a person revisits and actively engages in making sense of\, working through\, translating\, and processing the content of their experiences of Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness (NSC). Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness include hypnosis\, meditation\, plant medicine and psychedelic use\, breath work\, ecstatic dance\, shamanic/spiritual experiences\, etc. Through intentional effort and supportive practices\, this process allows one to gradually capture and incorporate the emergent lessons and insights into their lives\, thus moving toward greater balance and wholeness\, both internally (mind\, body\, and spirit) and externally (lifestyle\, social relations\, and the natural world). This group is open to any participant whether or not they are a client a psynergy and is a mixed gender identifying group. If you already have a therapist but they do not specialize in psychedelic assisted therapy\, this group is highly encouraged as it is important to build community and connect with other individuals who have knowledge and experience in non-ordinary states of consciousness.
