DESCRIPTION:Gong sound bath is a form of sound therapy where gongs are played in therapeutic way to promote relaxation and healing through deep vibrations and resonances. Vibrations and sounds wash over participants and can release tension in tissues\, muscles and emotions stored in the body. Don’t miss out—reserve your spot today!\nThis two-day workshop is created in three parts:\nDAY 1 (part A) – Annie will guide you through the fun process of creating your own pendulum. You will learn that pendulums can be made from various materials such as crystal\, glass\, metal\, and wood. You will create a dowsing instrument with your own unique energetic signature selecting from various crystals or combination of crystals each with their own specific frequencies. Additional materials such as the chain and other decorative items will complete your unique pendulum to use for various purposes that you will learn in Part 2.\nDAY 1 (part B) – Now that you have your very own pendulum\, you will learn some basics on how to use it. Before using your pendulum\, you will learn how to muscle test to get a sense of how your body responds to the stimuli presented. You will be introduced to the term “dowsing” and receive some history on this powerful system of “tuning in”. You will understand that learning to dowse is like learning to read. Once you have started\, you can apply it to many fields. The list is endless. But first you will learn how to bond with your pendulum to create a trusting relationship and then program it for simple answers.\nDAY 2 (part C) – Advanced Spiritual Dowsing. Dowsing is many things to many people and limited only by our imagination as to the ways it can be used to enhance our lives. It is a tool to help us develop our own deep knowing and intuition. DESCRIPTION:Integration Group\n60 min – $65.00 Integration is a process in which a person revisits and actively engages in making sense of\, working through\, translating\, and processing the content of their experiences of Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness (NSC). Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness include hypnosis\, meditation\, plant medicine and psychedelic use\, breath work\, ecstatic dance\, shamanic/spiritual experiences\, etc. Through intentional effort and supportive practices\, this process allows one to gradually capture and incorporate the emergent lessons and insights into their lives\, thus moving toward greater balance and wholeness\, both internally (mind\, body\, and spirit) and externally (lifestyle\, social relations\, and the natural world). This group is open to any participant whether or not they are a client a psynergy and is a mixed gender identifying group. If you already have a therapist but they do not specialize in psychedelic assisted therapy\, this group is highly encouraged as it is important to build community and connect with other individuals who have knowledge and experience in non-ordinary states of consciousness.
