DESCRIPTION:Please join us for Youth Yoga & Regulation! \nDakota of Dakota Szola Counselling and Kayla of HappyMoonYogi are partnering to bring the community a youth yoga and emotional regulation class! This class is a fun and relaxing class to help regulate and balance the body and mind. Participants will also learn valuable emotional regulation skills. \nThis class is for ages 14-17 and written parent/guardian permission will be needed to participate. Please bring a water and mat/yoga mat if you have one. We can’t wait to move and regulate with you!\nPlease note that this session may be covered under your insurance benefits.\nYou can book online or call the office to book at 403-527-5911.
